When a young girl in China Grove, N.C., opened her Christmas gift this year, she got alot more than she asked Santa for. Not only did she received her favourite Bratz doll, but inside the box was a load of grass. Over $7000 US worth of marijuana. Jealous?
Rowan County detectives say the drugs landed at the wrong house.According to investigators, the girl’s mother bought the doll from an auction on eBay. When it was delivered to her apartment, it looked just like it had come straight from the manufacturing plant, so she wrapped it and put it under the tree.The mother called 911 on Christmas Day when she realized what was in the box. Capt. John Sifford of the Rowan County Sheriff’s Department said hiding the drugs in merchandise is just another way to move them.“Drugs are sent through the mail, various services,” he said. “Apparently this mail was meant for someone else.”

Someone sent my brother a giant bag of dope unsolicited thru US mail years ago. What a surprise to him when the police raided his house a few minutes after he signed for the package. He almost went to jail. And he didn't even get a Bratz doll : (

wow. even though it's funny, it's sad in a few ways.... i mean, a BRATZ DOLL???!!! i wouldn't be as surprised if it was stuck in a coat or shoes or jewelry..... but they were either baked or have a weird since of humour!!!!
