RIP Michael Jackson : Dead Today at 50

Entertainer Michael Jackson has died after being taken to a hospital on Thursday after suffering cardiac arrest, according to multiple reports including the Los Angeles Times and the Associated Press. CNN has not confirmed his death.

Jackson had been in a coma at the hospital, sources told CNN after paramedics revived him at his home.

Brian Oxman, a Jackson family attorney, said he was told by brother Randy Jackson that Michael Jackson collapsed at his home in west Los Angeles Thursday morning.

Family members were told of the situation and were either at the hospital or en route, Oxman said.

Fire Capt. Steve Ruda told CNN a 911 call came in from a west Los Angeles residence at 12:21 p.m.

Ruda said Jackson was treated and transferred to the UCLA Medical Center.

Asked specifics of the patient's condition, he said he could not discuss them because of federal privacy laws.

At the medical center, every entrance to the emergency room was blocked by security guards. Even hospital staffers were not permitted to enter. A few people stood inside the waiting area, some of them crying.

Farrah Fawcett RIP 1947 - 2009

Farrah Fawcett died at 9:28 a.m. PST this morning, at St. John's Heath Center in Santa Monica, Calif. She was with longtime partner Ryan O'Neal, friend Alana Stewart, friend and hairdresser Mela Murphy and her doctor Lawrence Piro. She had recently returned to St. John's for treatment of complications from anal cancer, first diagnosed three years ago.

"She's gone. She now belongs to the ages," O'Neal tells PEOPLE, also confirming that she received the last rites of the Catholic Church. "She's now with her mother and sister and her God. I loved her with all my heart. I will miss her so very, very much. She was in and out of consciousness. I talked to her all through the night. I told her how very much I loved her. She's in a better place now."

Added O'Neal: "She was with her team when she passed ... Her eyes were open, but she didn't say anything. But you could see in her eyes that she recognized us."

Some Things Should STAY IN THE 80's

The 80's cost me my hair. As a wee lass, I had long, blonde, beautiful locks..... then came 1985 and I shaved it all off. At least 5 years of frightening haircuts followed. Mostly cut by my friends and I after sneaking some of Mom's Gin.

I swear to God, I have been growing my hair back ever since. But my hair is still so traumatized, it won't grow longer than my shoulder blades. No matter what.

Stirrup pants, leg warmers, and rhinestone broaches under your chin attached to a long plaid shirt should NOT be repeated either.

I'll bet Carmen Electra heads straight from her hangover tomorrow morning and on to get herself some hair extensions.

Gisele From Supermodel To Super Mom

People Magazine reports that pals of the Brazilian bombshell are saying she's indeed pregnant by her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. Pregnancy rumors have been swirling around the catwalk queen since early in May, when we first sighted Bundchen walking out of a Park Avenue OB-GYN medical office with her pigskin-playing spouse. Her reps have refused to say if the supermodel really is expecting, although she was spotted with a noticeable babylike bump during a fashion show in Brazil on Wednesday. But yesterday, a source told People that she's "ecstatic" and is due early next year.

"I am crazy about children ... I am an adoptive mother ... I've already had this experience for two years," she says in a recent TV interview with Brazil's Fantastico, of her relationship with husband Tom Brady's 21-month-old son John Brady, whose mother is actress Bridget Moynahan.

Bündchen also raves about getting hitched this past Spring. "I think I've met the right person, my partner, my companion," she says. "I already knew that we would get married a year and a half before we got married. We felt it. The heart spoke louder."

When the heart speaks, priorities change, she adds. "Before ... I had to go out, had to work. Now I think about it twice, three times, four times. So I only do the things that I really want to do," Bündchen says. "I prefer to stay at home. The big husband wins. Because of this relationship, what is most important to me is the family. Now I am creating my other family."

And, in addition to preparing for her new baby, she wants to prepare ... dinner. Says Bündchen, who turns 29 in July, "I am Cancer. I want to stay at home, cooking, relaxing. You have to follow the heart."

RIP Ed McMahon

Ed McMahon passed away peacefully shortly after midnight at the Ronald Reagan/UCLA Medical Center, his publicist, Howard Bragman, said Tuesday

McMahon, 86, was hospitalized in February with pneumonia and other medical problems.

He had suffered a number of health problems in recent years, including a neck injury caused by a 2007 fall. In 2002, he sued various insurance companies and contractors over mold in his house and later collected a $7 million settlement.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela, and five children. A sixth child, McMahon's son Michael, died in 1995.

My Sister's Keeper

Not that we are surprised. Just maybe surprised that after leaving the show this season, Lauren Conrad is pretty quick to reveal The Hills as a fake. That phone call from Spencer, apologizing for the sex tape rumour...... never happened. She went to Heidi's wedding on her own accord. To prevent a guilty conscience.

Lauren Conrad was on The View this morning to help promote her book and the fake reality show she is leaving. Whoopi couldn't be more thrilled.

The Time Traveler's Wife Trailer

What is possibly up there in my top 3 novels, The Time Traveler's Wife is now coming to the big screen. And like time travel, this movie has been pushed back over and over again. It now has a release date in August.

Thank god I read this special story before it made it to film. I pictured it completely different than its director Peter Schwentke did.

Trust me. If you have not read The Time Traveler's Wife..... YOU MUST! A great summer read.

Jeana From The Real Housewives of OC Having Money Problems

Jeana Keough of the ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ is going to lose her Coto de Caza home. Creditors have filed notices of default.

According to ForeclosureRadar.com, Lender Washington Mutual — now Chase — last month filed a notice of default for a $1.3 million mortgage made in 2003. Unpaid was $37,538. The Coto homeowner’s association filed a similar motion in April, claiming its owed $3,732.

Jeana told The OC Register that she recently got some paperwork from lenders and “I’m trying to doing a loan modification.”

She admits that she controls four homes — the other three are rental properties — and all are in trouble. “I think all four of my houses have notices of defaults on them, as I’m trying to get loan modifications on them. To get a loan modification you have to stop making payments to qualify. I have renters in the other three now. I don’t know if I’m going to sell it, or what I’m going to do.”

“It’s a tough market, everybody’s struggling,” says Keough, who is described as “a successful realtor of high-end homes (usually in the millions)” in her bio on Bravo’s site. “My kids don’t really need this news right now.”

Keough may not be returning for the “Real Housewives of the OC” reality show’s fifth season. After reports hit the web that the Keough family and Bravo could not come to terms on a new contract, Jeanna confirmed that she is not yet signed on for another season. She is now attempting to renegotiate her Bravo contract (she probably needs the money).

Cards For A Cause

On July 2, 2009, Don Cheadle is once again hosting the third annual Ante Up for Africa, No Limit Texas Hold-Em Tournament in association with the World Series of Poker. Proceeds from the event will once again go to charities that provide aid and assistance to the survivors of the crisis in Darfur, Sudan and support activism dedicated to resolving this crisis. Previous Ante Up tournaments have raised more than $2 million for the cause.

Among those confirmed to participate, are Matt Damon, Jason Alexander,Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, Montel Williams, Herschel Walker, Hank Azaria, Brad Garrett, Marlon Wayans, Sarah Silverman and Casey Affleck, with many more in the process of being confirmed and expressing their interest to play.

Through efforts like Ante Up For Africa, we can continue to keep the issue in the spotlight while providing real funds to support a brighter future for the people of Sudan.
