Blohan WILL Do Time

Lindsay Lohan just struck a deal by pleading no contest to two counts of DUI (driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher). By law, Lohan becomes a second offender (with two DUIs) and must serve a minimum of four days in jail.

Lohan also pleaded no contest to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance (two separate incidents) and reckless driving -- all misdemeanors.

The judge just said Lohan will serve 36 months probation and attend an alcohol education program for 18 months for the first DUI.

As for the controlled substance plea, Lohan was ordered not to use controlled substances. She's also required to enroll in a drug program. She's also required to stay for an unspecified amount of time at the Utah facility where she's currently in rehab.

As for the second DUI plea, she was ordered to serve four days-- 96 hours-- in jail. The judge cut that in half at the end of the hearing, sending her to jail for 48 hours. He then gave her credit for one day in jail, for time already served on the day of her arrest. She must serve the remaining 24 hours by January 18.

Lohan must also perform 10 days of community service.

Lohan was also ordered "not to associate with people with controlled substances."

On January 18, Lohan must also show she's successfully completed rehab.

It's complicated folks...but in the end, Lohan was given 96 hours -- the minimum sentence for second DUI offenders -- and she was given credit for one day.

I can't believe she got off so lightly. Actually, yes I can.

She'll never make it- she'll break her probation, just like Paris did, and go to jail for hard time.
