It's a MOVIE Premiere Not A Party At The Playboy Mansion

Halle Berry attended a press conference and then a premiere of XMEN 3 in Mexico City yesterday. WTF is Halle wearing?? And what's with the bulge??? Is there something you're not telling us or was it too many burritos ?
