When is Tara Reid ever going to learn?

Tara was seen this morning in Newport Beach, CA outside of Dennis Rodman's house for reasons unknown......

She was seen paying off a local resident after slamming into his car. According to a witness, Tara's pupil's looked clearly dilated (duh) and she told the owner that she didn't want to deal with the insurance companies and handed him $700 in cash.

Whew. Glad all that cash she made last night went to good use.
