“Botox? I think it’s fantastic and also horrible. I mean, they’ve come up with this stuff that can make you not look angry. But you have to use it sparingly. I went to this doctor once and he was like, ‘Oh, let me do it just here and here and here.’ And I was miserable. I mean, I’m an actor, I’ve got to be able to move my face. When people start messing with their foreheads and can’t life their eyebrows, that’s weird. It’s not that I haven’t tried Botox - but I hated it. I’m under pressure to not do anything.”

Tina Fey Signs Million Dollar Book Deal

Cha ching. Nothing like cashing in while times are good.

Tina Fey has signed a book deal with Little, Brown Book Group, the company said on Monday, confirming a deal media reports said was worth millions.

The New York Post has reported that the deal was worth more than $5 million and that "her book is not being pitched as a memoir, but instead as nonfiction humor, more in the style of author, screenwriter and film director Nora Ephron."

The publisher did not confirm the advance paid nor give any further details of the book by Fey, the SNL veteran who stars as a harried head writer of a TV variety show in NBC network television spoof "30 Rock." The show picked up four Emmys last month.

Nolte's House Burns

Nick Nolte suffered from "minor smoke inhalation," after attempting to fight a fire with a garden hose at his Malibu home Tuesday, an inspector at the L.A. County Fire Department confirms.

The actor, 67, took action after an electrical malfunction started the blaze in his home office. The fire department responded at 11:34 a.m. By 11:59 a.m., the fire had been extinguished.

"Mr. Nolte was treated on the scene by LA Country Fire paramedics for minor smoke inhalation and abrasions to his right forearm," LA Country Fire Department rep Frank Garrido told Us. "He was released, and will be under the supervision of his own physician."

Nolte's home suffered about $1.5 million in structural damage, and $1.5 million of his personal possessions were destroyed.

"The fire had spread to the living room and kitchen area," Garrido told Us. "There is smoke damage throughout the entire residence."

Victoria Beckham wore 6 inch stiletto's with a 2 inch platform - for a day with her three sons. No big surprise, but she really is out-doing herself in the footwear department these days.

The biggest surprise for me here is the fact that she stepped foot in an actual shopping mall. Not Rodeo Drive ladies. A MALL. A mall with Bed, Bath & Beyond, Macy's and everything. Look how American the Beckhams are becoming.

Posh claims she doesn't like to be photographed while spending quality time with her kidlets. Not really the outfit you wear when you want to fly under the radar, now is it?

I can't fathom how much her feet must be killing her. The crazy 4 inch booties I wore to my High School Reunion a couple weeks ago, crippled me so bad, they are already up on Ebay. No sh!t. My feet, knees and hips hurt for 5 days after that night. Posh is a superstar.

Has Hell Just Frozen Over?

It must be some kind of miracle.
Doctors have ordered Rachel Ray to shut up for a week!

"Rachael is the picture of health. She is having very minor surgery to remove a benign cyst on her vocal cord," says Charlie Dougiello, a spokesman for Ray. "It's a common in-and-out procedure that she will have in early December and it will not adversely effect any of her daytime show or Food Network tapings."

The National Enquirer had reported that Ray, 40, was scared she had throat cancer, which required surgery that would prevent her from speaking for about two months and would disrput her work schedule.

Although, she will have to rest her voice for a week or so after the procedure, the ailment hasn't slowed down the busy TV star.

"She's totally fine. It's just something she needs to take care of. She hasn't been feeling ill," says a source.

"I lose my voice a lot," she said at the time. "I had a lot of croup as a kid so I don't have the strongest vocal cords to begin with. I went to a voice doctor [who] taught me exercises for my throat and to cut back a little on the caffeine."

Ray is currently in Italy celebrating her third wedding anniversary with husband John Cusimano, family and friends.

Sharon Stone Crazier Than We Thought

Sharon Stone has so overreacted to her 8-year-old son's health issues that she suggested he get a Botox treatment for his smelly feet, according to the judge in the actress's custody case.

In Superior Court papers, the judge also said Stone "delegates many of her parenting responsibilities to third parties" and has "simply refused" to participate in counseling unless her "schedule is accommodated and her demands are met."

"Such conduct on the part of any parent ... is unacceptable and does not serve the child's best interest," the San Francisco judge writes in the document, which is a tentative statement on Stone's motion to modify custody.

The judge has turned down Stone's request to move her son Roan to Los Angeles, where she lives, from his father Phil Bronstein's home in San Francisco. The actress is allowed visitation time with the child, getting some weekends and holidays.

Saying that Stone is "unable to provide the structure, continuity and reliability that Roan needs, and candidly, deserves," the judge cited examples of Stone's overreactions, including her incorrect belief her son was suffering a spinal illness and her suggestion of using Botox for foot odor.

According to the papers, "As Father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected."

ScarJo Reynolds Wedding Details

Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johannson, who were hitched last weekend, did indeed tie the knot on Vancouver Island just outside of Tofino, B.C..

"Scarlett wanted a ceremony with just family and a few select friends," says a source close to the 23-year-old bride. Less than 40 people attended the wedding.

The weekend was spent relaxing. Guests either went fishing for salmon and halibut, or went horseback riding and mountain biking on the grounds of the Clayoquot Wilderness Resort, a luxurious outpost of 20 canvas tents that caters to nature lovers.
