I have to say fake..
That's a lovely burlap sack she's wearing. And it looks like she doesn't have anything on underneath, nice choice. I'd say the boobs look real, if only because they aren't pointing to the sky with no assistance.
i think that is a good boob job.... there is no way someone so small would have such perfectly round large breasts??
Looks like a fakey to me. I real one that big would be hanging much lower me thinks.
