That dress is bad enough, but to then pair it with the boots and who the hell did that hair? I see she's decided to go with the fingerless gloves, as opposed to the gloveless fingers she was sporting a while back - a fine choice Paris.
I suppose if you dress badly enough people will spend more time talking about your ensemble and less about your shitty album. Great PR strategy!
