Keith Urban has finished his recent stint at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs, where he has been since October 19. Squashing reports that he was on the outs with wife Nicole, the pair were spotted having brunch together in LA today.

Nicole Kidman seriously needs to rethink her wardrobe lately. But more than that, she has ruined her once angelic face with botox, and whatever else she's been doing to it. Have you seen her in interviews, she can't even smile. Her face is frozen. And whatever her lips are pumped up with has given her these ugly, stiff, rounded little fat pads on them. Like a warped version of duck lips.
So Keith has been released....now we just have to count down to the next relapse...
What was she thinking marrying him? She went from cult boy Tom to drug addict Keith Urban.
