Paula Abdul showed up at VH1's Big Night for a Big Cause, Friday night. Looks like she's showing off some new boobs and a possible face lift. Wouldn't ya say? Her cheekbones have definitely had a lift.

She sure does look like she's had a face lift. Now if only she would sober up. When she's on American Idol, she always sounds so drunk or drugged up. Can't stand listening to her and watching her make an ass of herself.
