Date Night In Hollywood
Heather Locklear was out on a hot date, in some not-so-hot boots, at Mr. Chow's last night in Hollywood. It would appear that her on again/off again relationship with David Spade is, for the moment, on.
Heather Locklear looks terrible. I know she's getting older now, but I think her skin looks so bad primarily because of 2 decades of hard living. Time for her to stop partying and invest in some good skin care. She needs to re-think the over-processed hair too.
