WHICH young Hollywood starlet had secret gastric bypass surgery, but then lost too much weight? During a recent four-day stint at a health clinic, she was actually having an operation to remove the bypass.
The obvious guess would be Nicole Ritchie but probably TOO obvious.

Hhhhhmmm who else could it possibly be? If it's true that is. I can't imagine any dr. in his right mind giving her a gastric bypass. She wasn't fat at all.
totally agree pru - she was normal before but maybe she found someone shady to do it..... in the meantime i'm racking my brain trying to come up with an alternative.
Kate Bosworth - we've seen that Nicole doesn't have any scars, but Kate might...and she certainly lost a ton of weight incredibly fast....
