Lindsay Lohan's letting it all hang out these days. Yesterday she dined at The Ivy with a 90 days Sober chip keychain, probably from Narcotics Anonymous. It's been about 90 days since the breakup with Harry, the distance from Rachel Zoe began, and the weight started to come back on. Rehab is the new black.
