This is the face of alcoholism, untreated. She clearly isn't in control of her problem or she wouldn't have been seen coming out of a bar recently falling down drunk, right after she had her appearance made over.
In Tara's defense, in both crotch shots she IS wearing panties.
The bar was set so low this year between Lindsey, Paris and Britney suddenly Tara is the Queen Mother just cuz you can't see her beaver.
