Howard K. Stern is THIS close to losing baby DannieLynn after the court finally threw out his upteenth appeal on the paternity test. The test has already been taken by Stern, Larry Birkhead and DannieLynn last week, but of course, Stern was doing everything he could to get it thrown out. Sorry Stern. That sucker is a go.
Stern's appeal on DNA testing was just shut down, and Howard K. was penalized by the three-judge panel to the tune of $10,000. TMZ has learned Stern was ordered to pay $5,000 in attorney's fees to the Registrar General and $5,000 to Birkhead's lawyer -- not Debra Opri, the Bahamian one.
Should find out for sure that Birkhead is the baby's daddy by the end of the week.

How was your trip?
la - trip was nice. weather was great except that one crazy windy day. HOWEVER, i got the grossest cold ever the last three days, a bit of a fiasco, which kept me in bed for one whole day. being pregnant, i couldn't take any drugs which is always the only good part about getting sick. i have to just sit this sucker out. still super snotty and having a hell of a time trying to get sleep at night. other than that..... i'm fine. LOL
missed out on the Roy's dinner. my husband went with his folks. apparently you have to order the souffle before you order your meal so he missed out. next time he'll hit it, he said.
