She Said It
Madonna on maintaining her figure ~ "I mix it up - Pilates, gyrotonics, yoga. I do it six days a week, with Sundays off. Actually Sunday is a day of horse-riding. There's no such thing as a day off."
But despite treating her body like a temple, Madonna still has "fat days", and always takes measures to make herself feel better.
She says, "I run longer on the treadmill and don't eat as much the next day, so then it evens out, but I'm sure it's all in my head."
By the looks of those pipes of hers at the Post-Oscar parties Sunday night, she can afford to put down the iron.

Pamela's Quitting UGGS
I'm getting rid of our Uggs - I feel so guilty for that craze being started around Baywatch days - I used to wear them with my red swim suit to keep warm - never realizing that they were SKIN! I thought they were shaved kindly? People like to tell me all the time that I started that trend - yikes! Well let's start a new one - do NOT buy Uggs! Buy Stella McCartney or juicy boots - I'm looking for alternatives myself for my boys and the men in my life! I'm designing some right now for my family and will try and have some available on my website soon.
It's what I grab by my door in the mornings to bring my kids to school or walk my dog on the beach at 6am or anything early - I've definitely over used them - and that's it!!!!

Two Blind Items - Your Guesses
2. Which two male TV actors (one of whom is married) were making out in the bathroom of the Vanity Fair Oscars party Sunday night?
These two are good and juicy but I honestly have no idea. Your guesses in the comments please and we'll debate this one out.

Blame Andre
Jennifer Hudson has one regret from Sunday's Oscars. Her dress. That hideous gold lame python bolero, that looked like it was borrowed from an old Battlestar Gallactica set, cost her to land on many Worst Dressed lists. It isn't her fault apparently, we can all blame Vogue's Andre Leon Talley.
"Jennifer was kind of sponsored by Talley and Vogue," said one fashionista. "Andre insisted she wear that hideous Oscar de la Renta dress with the awful, awful gold python bolero.
"Jennifer really didn't want to, and so [noted stylist] Jessica Paster got her a beautiful gold Roberto Cavalli custom-made. But when Andre found out, he went ballistic. Moments before she left for the show, there was a power struggle and Jennifer ended up putting his outfit on."
Her Vogue cover was terrible also. Did they have to choose the photo with her mouth wide open? That couldn't of been the best shot, could it? She wasn't slated to be Vogue's covergirl this month, but was only to appear inside the magazine in an entertainment profile. Vogue thought the shot was so great, they put her on the cover.
You mean to say Vogue found this photo to be flattering?

I went with Scorsese for Best Director simply because he is so overdue. Best Picture and Best Director usually go hand in hand, which is why I chose The Departed. Last night I heard that Spielberg, Lucas and Coppola will be the presenters for Best Director. Who better else to win the award and join their powerful group?

Guess Who REVEALED!
Finally Something Goes Right For ANS
"I want her buried with her son," a tearful Seidlin said when announcing his ruling. "I want her buried with her son in the Bahamas. I want them to be together." The judge directed Milstein to consult with Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and her lawyer and companion, Howard K. Stern, on the burial plans for Smith.
When Seidlin announced the ruling both Stern and Arthur broke down in tears.
"The Broward County medical examiner is ordered to release those remains to Milstein in accordance with Milstein's (direction)," Seidlin said. "Milstein is directed to consult with Arthur, Birkhead and Stern with respect to disposition of Anna Nicole Smith's remains." But he noted that Milstein had final discretion over Smith's interment.
All three parties had been fighting to determine where Smith's body should be buried. Stern said he wanted to carry out Smith's wish to be laid to rest next to her son in the Bahamas. Arthur claimed next-of-kin status and wanted the body to be put in a family plot in Texas. Birkhead, who aligned himself with Arthur, testified that Smith wanted to buried in California near Marilyn Monroe.
After four days of testimony, Seidlin, who had previously said he would announce a ruling on Friday, abruptly concluded testimony on Thursday afternoon. He took a 15-minute recess to review evidence in his chamber before announcing his decision.
Prior to adjourning the court, Seidlin explained, "(I) tried to get a reasonable result. I hope when you hear it you handle it with the respect and dignity that Anna Nicole Smith would want."
Seidlin also encouraged all the participants to resolve the ongoing paternity battle. "Submit to DNA (testing)," he urged. "Enough baloney."

She's Hatched!
The girls, Eden and Savannah, who were born at a Los Angeles hospital, are the first children for the Desperate Housewives actress, 44, and her stockbroker husband Tom Mahoney, 49, who married in June 2006.
"Mother and babies are all doing well," says Cross's rep, Heidi Slan.
Cross had been on bed restsince January, but producers of her ABC hit brought production to her home for some scenes.
Set designers painted Cross's bedroom the same color as her character Bree Van De Kamp's boudoir, and moved in furniture from the set. At the time, show creator Marc Cherry told PEOPLE that Cross was "bored out of her mind (in bed), so she said, 'Bring the camera here – I want to act.' "
Her rep told the Associated Press that the bed rest was merely a "precautionary measure," and Cross herself said in December that she'd been having a problem-free pregnancy.
