It's been all over the press that dear old Tara Reid had her botched plastic surgery fixed after years of torment. Fixed they said. Um... ok... Then what the hell do you call THIS? That lipo ain't pretty. Looks like she woke up and molded her tummy with Silly Putty. Just as it always has. Those charms on her bikini are asking for us to notice. If it's to draw the eye away... it's not working.
