Rachel Weisz has reportedly beat out a long list of actresses to snag the lead role in the Peter Jackson directed film, "The Lovely Bones". Rachel will play the role of a mother whose teenage daughter is abducted and feared dead, in the film adaptation of Alice Sebold's 2002 bestselling novel.
Great book, always said to myself that they could never make a movie out of it. Should be interesting to see how Jackson will adapt it for the big screen.
