when i was 16 i remember thinking the same thing. Boy, now i see how fab 28 was! And 30.... 32.... it's all good. remember to enjoy yourself so you have no regrets. And I love the fact that i have much more peace and wisdom with each passing year. It's not a pathetic excuse for losing 'youth', like biological functions are something to be treasured. The things you never lose - wisdom, acceptance, peace, joy, humility, generosity - but in fact grow increasingly with each year, are the things to be treasured.

She practices what she preaches, too. I think she waited til she was in her 50s before she ever married. More power to her!
