A year ago, who would of thought Kevin Federline would come out the good guy? It is becoming more and more obvious that between him and Brit, he'd make a much better parent. Kev applied for sole custody of his two kids yesterday in court.
The documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday by Federline's lawyer, according to the source.
Spears and Federline's divorce was finalized less than two weeks ago. At the time, the couple agreed to split custody 50-50 of Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months.
But a source close to Federline told PEOPLE that the would-be-rapper was worried Spears was exposing the boys to "unnecessary risk" and that his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, "hopes to get Kevin primary custody."

Brit's erratic behavior has been making KFed more and more nervous about his sons welfare. Who'd of thunk it? Just see the story below for her ever increasing supermom ways........

Britney seems to be doing NOTHING to prove she's a fit mother. In fact, she's going out of her way to show she's completely UNfit. I say give Kfed primary custody. I'm sure he's a tool, but at least he's not flaunting his faults before the cameras every day of the week.
